• Contact details you give us — name, email, phone — when you enquire, request a brochure or sell a car.
• Vehicle-of-interest and comparison selections, to respond to your enquiry.
• Where you buy a vehicle: identity details, address and payment details needed to conclude and record the sale.

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the goods or services you ask for.
• To meet our legal obligations — the Consumer Protection Act, the Second-Hand Goods Act, FICA and tax law.
• For marketing — only where you have opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We share information only where necessary — for example with finance or insurance providers you ask us to approach, service providers who host our systems, or where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its processing. Submit a request via our data request form. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).

We only send marketing to people who have opted in, and every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.
